Project Description
My name is Ashley Read, and I am from Houston, Texas. I attended Houston Christian High School where I served on Student Council as the Student Body President and Varsity Cheer as the Co-Captain. While in high school, I also earned my Girl Scout Gold Award and became a National Merit and Brown Foundation Scholar. I plan to study mechanical engineering because I want to design medical devices. One unique things about me is that I travelled to India last summer and served in Mother Teresa’s Orphanage.
