Howdy,

Today was a rather relaxing day, which we were all grateful for. Half of us began the morning with an art class, which ran a lot more smoothly because it was our second time. Many of our pieces actually looked great, and hopefully you all will enjoy them when we bring them home! The other half of our group began the morning with a seminar on professionalism led by Jake. After a pasta-filled lunch, the first half of us had a seminar on the first two weeks at A&M, then we all joined together as a group to listen to a seminar on Relationships. The first two weeks seminar was incredibly informative, and we also got to learn all of the important Aggie traditions! With the Aggie traditions, many of us were not aware of the incredible gratitude that Aggies provide for fallen Aggies, such as “Silver Taps,” which is where students remember current Aggies who have passed away in the past month. The way that Sarah explained each of the traditions clearly showed that Aggies hold strong family traditions, and Aggies are very heartfelt in all their actions. After dinner and gelato, many of us went and played soccer with the locals before going back to the hotel to play team-building games. Overall, today was a relaxing day in gorgeous Castiglion Fiorentino, and we are excited to travel to Perugia tomorrow! Ciao!
